If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund  (if faulty) or an exchange please contact us at kingroyaledesigns@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and before you put anything in the post - we are happy to help out but are unable to accept any returns unless we have been notified in advance. If you would like to return an item (or items) that is not faulty then we ask that you cover the shipping costs. If your items are the incorrect size for you we will replace with the correct size - items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

And finally, as is standard across most webstores, please ensure that when you return any item(s) they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will not accept returns if they have been damaged or show clear signs of use.
